tips for taking care of your skin

It protects us, helps to regulate temperature, and is involved in making vitamin D. Some parts of our skin are also major erogenous zones. The skin contains sweat glands, oil-secreting glands, hairs, blood vessels, and nerves. Not only does it stretch to our demand but it's also waterproof and very resilient too. It's easy to take the skin for granted and not take care of it. But the skin needs regular care and attention - particularly the areas that are exposed to the elements, such as the face. Taking Care of Your Skin Wash daily with a mild soap and water. Use your hands rather than a facecloth so that you don't risk damaging the skin by rubbing too hard.
